The CC&R Architectural Control Guidelines specify that any alteration, enhancement, improvement, upgrade or addition/deletion to the outside of the house and property must be approved by the Architectural Chair before proceeding. Please use the appropriate Application form on this website to communicate your plans to the Architectural Chair at least 2 weeks before your project is to begin.
